| The Loring Air Force Base Association, "LoringAirForceBase.com" is privately owned by Heather Woolbert. The Association's goal is to preserve the Loring Air Force Base heritage and to provide an environment where its members, formerly assigned military/civilian/dependents can share information and experiences with one another. Heather is the site administrator and is assisted by Michael Makar. Heather was an Air Force Dependent at Loring AFB, ME from 1978 to 1982.
